Quartz Product Care
Maintaining Our quartz countertops is easy—because we believe living luxuriously should be effortless. That’s why we make every one of them simple to clean, stain resistant, and highly durable. You’ll never have to worry about sealing or polishing, either. Beautiful, isn’t it?

What to Avoid
To keep your quartz countertops in optimal condition, here are some key precautions to follow:
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, acidic cleaners (such as vinegar or lemon juice), or abrasive scrubbers. These chemicals can be corrosive or erosive, potentially damaging any surface, including quartz products.
Clean Spills Immediately: While quartz is stain-resistant, it’s not completely stain-proof. Wipe up spills as soon as they occur to prevent staining.
Use Gentle Cleaning Products: Stick to mild dish soap and water for daily cleaning. For tougher stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for quartz.
Prevent Heat Damage: Always use trivets or hot pads under hot pots and pans. Quartz can withstand heat, but sudden temperature changes can cause cracks.
Avoid Scratches: Although quartz is scratch-resistant, it’s best to use cutting boards and avoid using sharp objects directly on the surface.
Regular Maintenance: There’s no need to seal quartz countertops, but regular cleaning and prompt stain removal will help maintain their beauty and functionality.
By following these tips, you can ensure your quartz countertops remain beautiful and durable for years to come. If you have any specific concerns or need further advice, feel free to ask!

Additional Product Information
- Our product is crafted from pure natural quartz stone. Variations in color, pattern, size, shape, and shade are unique and inherent characteristics of the product.
- Color blotches are intentionally included in many designs to enhance the product’s natural beauty. Samples are small select cuts from a larger slab and may not fully exhibit all the design characteristics of the final installed product. These variations do not affect performance and do not qualify for product replacement.
- Our product is not a structural support material and must be supported in every application. Thicknesses of 2cm and 3cm are suitable for countertops and horizontal surfaces, while 1cm thickness is intended for vertical surfaces such as walls and full-height backsplashes.
- Quartz matte finishes will show surface markings caused during normal use, which are easily removed by simply washing with a soft cotton cloth and warm water; a mild soap can be used if desired. The matte finish does not shine and may soil or appear to stain from soiling, especially in high-traffic areas such as flooring.
- Installation of quartz products requires walls and cabinets to be properly prepared, which includes ensuring they are structurally sound, straight, level, and square. Lack of proper preparation may result in poor installation, poor seam fit, or inconsistent countertop overhang and placement.
